These photos have been scanned from 35mm transparency slides taken during our family’s stay in Ghana from 1969-71. I was appointed a math teacher at Adisadel College, one of the best secondary schools in Ghana at the time, on contract with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).

I was a Math teacher at Adisadel College in Cape Coast Ghana (located mid-way along the coast).
One of the top secondary schools in Ghana, Adisadel College. I was a teacher here, 1969-71.
Founded in 1910 as St. Nicholas College, it was relocated to this beautiful hilltop location in 1936.
In the late 60s, we had 650 boys at the school. Fifty years later, 2000 are enrolled here.
